Spent Christmas at a cozy and historic hotel in the center of an enchanting town. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with hearty options and plenty of baked goods. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the main square and charming restaurants. Not to mention, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, really making us feel at home.
The room was in need of some updates and the mattresses were uncomfortable. However, for the budget price, it was worth it.

The hotel is just off the fantastic town square and near the Black Tower square, making it a very convenient location. Some of the reviews mention huge, comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms, lots of storage, and nice amenities like free Wi-Fi. the attached restaurant is also noted as a great place to sample the local beer and food, and the staff are reportedly friendly and helpful.
Some guests reported rude employees in both the restaurant and hotel, with one reviewer stating that housekeeping was especially unpleasant.

We had a great time staying in this city. Best aspects include its excellent location just off the main square, within walking distance of the bus station, and near the city center. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely nothing to complain about.
